Winter Cottage Pie

Made with Crickley milk and cheese bring this comfort meal to life!

Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 3 potatoes (mashed with Crickley Milk & butter)
  • ½ cup Crickley Grated Cheese

Method

  1. Cook beef, onion & garlic. Add tomato paste and carrots. Simmer with stock.
  2. Spread into oven dish. Top with mashed potatoes mixed with Crickley Milk & Cheese.
  3. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes until golden.
